Order processing time:

The order processing time will takes 1 business day, this time is not included in the shipping time.

All shipping times include clearance/customs delays. You can visit our tracking order page to track your package anytime.

Canceled Orders

Kindly notify our customer service to cancel orders by contacting chen@Dechef.com.

The order is canceled in the following situations: If your order was placed before 7 pm (PST) on the same day, you can cancel the order by contacting chen@Dechef.com before 7 pm (PST) on the same day. If the order was placed after 7 pm (PST) on the same day, you can cancel the order by contacting chen@Dechef.com within 24 hours.

However, once the order has entered the production process, the order cannot be canceled.

Make sure to include the following information when requesting an order cancellation: Order number & contact information.

We cannot cancel your order for you if the package is in transit. Please wait for your order to be delivered and then contact our customer service email chen@Dechef.com to deal it with you.

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

We ship to PO BOX and overseas locations with USPS. Customers must complete a correct shipping address with APT#, SUITE#, UNIT#, SPACE#, BUILDING#, etc. for delivering your orders.

Please be advised to place an order as early as possible for national holiday shopping, weddings, prom, graduation, etc.

Tracking number

After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, with a tracking number included.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

When ordering from https://dechef.ca/, you (The ‘Customer’) are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient inluding the hiring of a customs broker; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If any customs, duties, and taxes are charged to Dechef, we reserve the right to invoice Customer.
